This villa is located in Banjar Anyar in Umalas. It is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by friendly locals and plenty of beautiful open rice fields. With Only about a 10 minute drive from central shopping areas Seminyak & Kuta, it is the perfect blend of a peaceful and relaxed home within an exciting Island atmosphere!
The two bedroom villa covers an area of about 700m2, with a big living room, modern kitchen, swimming pool, two bathrooms and a lovely garden. The villa has its own parking lot along with a driver and a car that will be at hand from morning till evening (optional). The household will provide breakfast every morning along with daily cleaning.
This delightful villa caters for up to 4 lucky guests. There is a pair of suite bedrooms each with heavenly queen size beds. A fully equipped kitchen that allows you to create your own specialties if you don ’t feel like going out or ordering your meal. The villa runs entirely on renewable energy as it is powered mainly by solar and partially by wind generated energy. This allows our guests to contribute in helping to better the environment of Bali by using and promoting solar generated energy. We personally value this and therefore stress the importance of it as Bali ’s resources are limited and pollution is always a factor. Going the right direction is very important and we believe by ‘going green’ we are doing exactly that!
