The villa is located by the Pangi River near the village of Pererenan, on the west coast of Bali, in a secluded location with magnificent views of the rice terraces that extend beyond the river, just 15 minutes away from the animation of Seminyak’s famous restaurants, bars and shops and about 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
The temple of Tanah Lot and the famour Golf Course 'Nirwana Bali Golf Course’ designed by Greg Norman are just 15 minutes north. The local beach, Pantai Pererenan, especially popular with international surfers is a 5 minutes drive from the villa.
The villa, whose construction was completed in late 2008, on a plot of about 1600 m², has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with twin beds, a pavilion with a kitchen, a dining room for 12 people, and a living room entirely opened on the two pools and a multimedia room.
The villa has a pool of 20 meters long and a second pool of 10 square meters. The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are on the ground floor and overlook the pool and a large tropical garden. The lounge is designed in an Balinese open style, like the architecture of each building that mixes traditional inspirations with a more contemporary design. A large gazebo and deck chairs for 8 are installed around the pool.
The staff is highly qualified and experienced, and will ensure that your stay is a pleasant experience. The team includes a manager, two maids who also operate the service, a chef, a gardener and four security guards. The chef is trained in the preparation of local and international cuisine, and is responsible for purchasing market.
